Using azo-free and natural dyes is a core principle at Rihla. This choice goes beyond ensuring our fabrics are safe and hypoallergenic. It means that our block printers' farms, which produce organic crops, remain unpolluted and secure. Our commitment to environmentally friendly dyes protects the land and resources that these families rely on, ensuring a healthier future for everyone involved.
SUPPORTING OUR WEAVER FAMILIES
Our Heritage Collection is more than just beautiful clothing; it’s a testament to the skill and dedication of our Khadi weavers. Through this collection, we have directly supported 7 artisan families, helping them provide for their 28 dependents. By preserving traditional weaving techniques, we are not only creating timeless garments but also sustaining the livelihoods of these talented artisans.

Our dedication extends to our 9 block print artisans, whose intricate designs grace many of our pieces. Through our support, these artisans can sustain their craft and provide for their 36 dependents. We are proud to work with 4 skilled block makers who expertly engrave our designs onto wooden blocks.
