A warm iron presses the garments out quickly & beautifully.
* Dry cleaning is always an option but please note some cleaners use solvents that effect the color of the fabric.
For darker hand dyed block prints, the garment will soften with wear and wash care (see instructions). Due to the process of block printing, color may transfer. Avoid contact with pale fabrics and surfaces until washed and colors are set.
Absolutely, that's completely normal during the first few wears! The indigo dye used by our artisans is 100% plant-based and natural, so it may transfer to your skin initially. In fact, indigo is known for its naturally healing properties for the skin. To help set the dye and minimize color transfer, we recommend adding a little vinegar when you hand wash your indigo piece.
