Returns

Return Policy

We happily accept returns within 21 days of the purchase date. Pre-orders can be returned within 21 days of the ship date. For items purchased between November 10 and December 24, an extended return period applies, allowing returns or exchanges until January 15 of the following year. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with gift cards are eligible for refunds in credit only.

Please ensure that returned merchandise is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, clean, and retains its original tags.

All permanent markdowns, annual warehouse sale and sample sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Fees

Exchanges for U.S.-based orders are free. For returns, a $5 reduced shipping fee is deducted from the refund. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Original Packaging

If possible, please return your item in its original packaging. If not available, any secure packaging will suffice.

Receiving the Wrong Product

Use "received wrong item" as your subject line when starting your return and proceed with the exchange process. Your preferred item will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Exchanges

Exchange items are shipped once the package scans with the shipping carrier, without waiting for the return to our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of reaching our warehouse and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Gift Returns

We accept gift returns for exchange or credit. The gift giver will not be notified of the return.

In-Person Returns

Raleigh area customers may drop returns or pick up purchases at our warehouse in Wake Forest. Please email info@rihlalife.com to arrange in advance.
